CLASS TIMES
Here at Integrated we offer a variety of class times to fit you and your schedule.
Whether you're an early AM gym goer or are looking for a late night sweat shesh we have class times to give you what you need.
We offer creche for our 9.30am classes on as many days as we can. That means, if you're a parent looking to join us then know your kiddos are in safe hands while you train!
We do offer "open gym training", please enquire with us to know timing.

- Class times can be subject to change due to offsite sessions/ adventures
- We cap classes at roughly 20 people per class, it is super important to book your spot using our online members app!
